Medela ranked 3rd among the Swiss Leading Innovators in the medical device industry and stands 36th among the top 500 Swiss mid-sized companies.
This prestigious position is part of the findings by the Swiss Institute for Quality Tests (SIQT) in their recent study of patent performance among Swiss SMEs.
The study analyzed patent grants from January 1, 2021, to April 30, 2023, including data from worldwide patent offices. It includes data from all patent offices worldwide, considering only the first application per patent family.
This ranking not only showcases Medela’s innovation strength within our industry but also our position as a leader to find novel solutions for our customers.
